Frequently Asked Questions
Most of us want to enjoy the comfort of our home for as long as we can. Home care provides one-on-one assistance that allows you or your loved one to remain in your current living situation. Care at Home will allow your family to have peace at mind that you or your loved one will be able to live at home independently and safely.
Hiring someone privately requires additional resources on your end to ensure that you hire someone that is trustworthy and reliable. One of the benefits of hiring from home health agency such as Care at Home is that each caregiver has undergone a comprehensive criminal background and reference check, and receives ongoing training. If your home care worker is unable to show up for work one day due to illness or an emergency, we can replace your caregiver so you do not have an interruption in service. At a moment’s notice, Care at Home can easily remove or add home care services you may need. We also carry workers’ compensation and liability insurance for our caregivers. If a private caregiver or a company does not have this coverage, the liability costs fall on the client or family member.
Care at Home believes in providing you with home care that is the right fit for your family. We will make certain that you receive the best possible care in the comfort of your home by hiring only the best and most qualified caregivers. You can rely on us for short-term and long-term senior safety, companionship, emotional support, proper nutrition, medication reminders, and much more.
