Care at Home began in 2017, helping elderly clients live dignified, independent lifestyles at home.

Client (you) reaches out for an assessment

Service commences, and Care Manager visits within the first week

Nurse visits and performs needs-based and home-safety assessments

Adjustments made, if needed

Nurse makes recommendation

Follow -up visits take place every 3 months or as needed

Client signs paperwork and submits void cheque and any funding documentation (i.e. Blue Cross authorisation letter)

At any point if your home-care worker is unable to show up due to illness or an emergency, we will replace your caregiver so you do not have an interruption in service
